Club seems to be in turmoil because of foolish owners - Coach Poyet called them out harshly on TV, got sacked, and players have refused to train today because of the unfair sacking of the coach.

I know its pure speculation but I tend to agree that your scenario is the most plausible. Knowing how professional Saman is, I don't think he would have singed anything without the blessing of the Ostersound officials. It could be very likely that Huesca even has evidence of their approval. I also prefer La Liga and rather see Saman in Spain. We'll see.
