personally im loving Sardars lively performances in AC so far and his new shoot-happy demeanor..! has missed a few but has also had some impressive and venomous outside efforts that have resulted in keeper spills and other openings for others..!
his brilliant combination play has been the most impressive so far and his sublime chemistry and partnership with Taremi is truly admiring and a joy to watch..!!

if anything i woulda had qualms about him playing bit too unselfish..!! and not as sharp as his usual self in Finishing..!

People don't appreciate all the things he offers to a team because all they care about is that he scores every game. In fact, his statistics are excellent in the modern era (the era when we can no longer win 20-0 or whatever against Guam or Maldives), but that isn't all he offers. In attack, he is a constant physical and aerial burden to opponent defenders, which frees up other players. In defence, it's like having an extra high-class defender when defending corners or set pieces.

At some point, hopefully, more people will appreciate what this player brings to the team.

Well, he scored against Bayern Munich and against Athletic Madrid. So that's how average people see or want to see him.

Once upon a time, his form declined tremendously and you could see he wasn't even interested in running anymore. You could see it clearly in his body language too. but now he pours energy into the team and looks like his usual self even though he doesn't score. Unfortunately people see scored goals as a reference to how good/in form you are.
