I dont know how well Dejagah will be playing after another year of going without a club. It would be mindless to just start him and bench Ghoddos who has been on fire this season and has shown himself more than capable for TM despite minimal time to integrate. Taremi I would love to see start as he is physical and can create weird chances out of nothing. This is a very attack-minded formation as it should be. I would never start this against Portugal or Spain; for one of those games, i'd put in Ashkan, Amiri, Gucci, and Ebrahimi in place of Ghoddos/Taremi/Hajsafi/Azmoun and put on some fresh, quick legs later into the game.

Gucci hasn't actually done anything for TM in a long time, even club level he's been poor. Ansarifard has actually made more contributions for TM than Gucci in the past year.... I wouldn't mind personally if Gucci got left out.

I really like gucci he is Good even when he is not scoring, putting presseure on the defenders with his runs and speed and constantly making him availbe for hos teamates he is a warrior

Let's see but this to me seems like the most likely lineup. I hope someone other than Beiranvand starts. Let's see guys but looking back at the last world cup, if I remember correctly Davari was the one getting the nods prior to the WC. Haghighi was a big surprise to everyone. Let's see if CQ does something similar this time around. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Abedzadeh or Mazaheri vs Morroco.

PS: for Portugal and Spain I feel like CQ might play Ansarifard, Hajsafi and Gucci instead of Ghoddos, Azmoun and maybe Dejagah just because they are more defensive minded.
