According to 90TV news site
TM will have 8 friendlies before the start of the WC and not vs. a single WC qualified team from europe or South America.
The only possibility to play a WC team will be a match vs. either Egypt or Tunisia in June.
Sofar these are the games that have been confirmed for sure :
Libya on March 18 th behind closed doors.
Algeria on March 27 th in Austia
Uzbekistan on May 18 th
Turkey on May 28 th
Iran will also play either Romania,Hungary,Bulgaria,Bosnia or Italy on March 23rd
Iraq,Jordan or Syria on May 2
Egypt/Tunisia on June 2

from these matches it basically seems that CQ and coaching staff are putting all their eggs in the basket of the first match vs morocco, which is fair enough. Algeria, Turkey, Libya, egypt/tunisia are all preparation for that match. I guess only 1 match ( Bosnia, italy ) would be relevant preparation for portugal. I do not think there are any teams we could have arranged friendlies with that would have prepared us for spain tbh. Germany, France are all out of our league.
