What make me worry about TM, beside GK issues is defensive midfielders duo who are the KEY factors in CQ system, unfortunately we were not able to replace Ando-Javad duo. The lack of experience in this position can become crucial, hope we find an alternative.Comment

^^GK issue is worrying only because CQ refuses to try Mazaheri and/or Abedzadeh yet. If he really tries every top level goalkeepers we have, I'm sure we could find a confident one among them.
As for defensive midfielder position...... I kind of agree with you too. Another thing I worry about is we don't have a good replacement for Milad Mohamamdi!

many of such "reports" are mere photo-ops where in reality the "famous founder" hardly spends time or even visits the school (just use their fame and name on the board), and only for the video cameras come and do these token interactions.
What I would really appreciate is if these football players start schools (football or just regular ones) for under-privileged or homeless kids.
How many of them are ready to do this?
That would be a drain on your finances ..... BUT that would be giving back to the community. That would be a help.
THAT I would value. starting a business to get easy money from parents? Not so noble.
