I don't care for Esteghlal in the Persian Gulf League. However I care a lot about Esteghlal in the 2018 ACL.

Hopefully this German coach will pick them up and they can go back to being the successful club we all know they are.

I don't know about you guys, but it'll be beyond weird if they relegate. Imagine a football season without its 2 classic derbies.

If they get relegated at least they can claim second division title next season. That's a good achievement for SS. They have a third division championship title as well.

Marzban to replace Misaghian at Siah Jamegan. Good coach, but as long as the club can't find any sponsor, the state won't change. It's sad, because they are one of very few private clubs in the league.

Well that's very disappointing to hear. Especially since Mehdi Kiani is a loyal and proud Teraktor player. He's going to be a legend for this club just as Ebrahim Sadeghi is for Saipa.

But this is not classy from the captain of Teraktor. It also reflects on their team unfortunately.
