As I understand since CQ's knowledge is known to be good he is going to lede everything regarding football. U23, U18 bench soccer and IF management simply every thing! It is true that Taj is IFF manager but practically CQ orders everything. This part of a large project that aims a better IPL even at the level of Turkish league or even higher. I think after the worldcup CQ may be IFF manager.

Is it possible for a non-Iranian to be IFF manager?

Practically he is already. He orders Taj act. Finally Taj counts the money and is happy.

Lol. This isnt 4 or 5 years ago anymore.

These guys and their comments are more irrelevant than ever before.

No one cares what they say.

True magical act of disappearing by Asadi. I am a believer!

Hope we dont' have a big void when/if quiroz decides to lie on a beach.

It is a good sign that CQ is gaining power and has something to say!

I've read comments on some sports sites and the people all back up cq. No one of them go against cq.. asadi came up with an interview and tried using the excuse of shohada and gheirate mardom iran and stuff but the people don't buy it anymore. Cq is the man.. props to him and hope he will succeed in every part of his life

At the end of the day it's results that count. With cq we have qualified twice in a row for wc. We bring out more talents and more players to Europe. No one can deny CQ's way is right. So hail Carlos

Khodad has spoken in support of Asadi that he is a footballi person, blah, blah.

CQ got us to WC. Another shit similar to 1998 may happen, fire foreign coach and let a local coach to run he show.

With CQ in charge, Iran has a chance to go to the second round. Keep CQ and use him for giving lessons to our youth.
                          I support CQ,

                            Carlos's latest statement:

                            Dear friends,

                            - Following the recent events in Iran Federation, I want to make it clear, and with out any doubts, that Mr. President Taj programs and decisions, confirming his proposals announced since he was candidate and elected, show no surprise and are from his own leadership and responsibility. They also show and prove his character, strength and determination leading Iran Football Federation. Therefore, any pressure, questions or doubts towards his leadership, they are vicious and unfair, and do not reflect the truth and reality.

                            - As the National Team Coach, it is always my duty and goal to do whatever it is in my professional capacities and skills to work in order to improve, develop, and make Team Melli succeed, under the authority and leadership of Mr. Taj decisions and instructions. This is what happened in the past, the present, and will happen always in the future.

                            - Under President Taj's leadership, we were able to qualify Team Melli to Russia. Also I am very much confident that with the same sort of decisions, united and in good harmony, respect and discipline, we will be able to put in place the best Word Cup preparation to succeed in Russia. We will also be able to implement new programs and approaches to develop football in Iran.

                            To the Future,
                            CQ
