Our football federation is the biggest loser filled with a bunch of good for nothing idiots. Why playing a crucial WCQ match at 4:30 on a weekday? These guys officially are shitless scared of big crowds and big celebrations/protests etc.
What not playing it at 7-8 PM. so that this way way more people could attend, and more people able to watch, thus bigger advertisement and TV commercial during the prime time.

I assume you didn't visit Tehran during the "Eid", 8 Farvardin is not really a weekday, Tehran is almost empty during "Eid holidays"

CQ is man of manipulation and mental warfare. I'm not saying this to belittle him. He always sends the ball to IFF field knowing that non english speaking uneducated federation usually doesn't respond to his complaints. They are used to it. However, he installs this exaggerated stats in fans' and media's mind to keep as an excuse if things go bad during the WCQ.

Unlike what our great coach claims, china has not played 4 official matches. I am sure Ferdoosipour also knew it because Navad team analyzes the other team left and right bottom to the top. However, since they are in the same boat (thankfully) in supporting TM and coach, they deliberately let him do it!

China has done two friendlies:

One impressive win during a game against Croatia (penalty shoot out) and one loss against Iceland.

January 2017:

China 1 Croatia 1 (penalty shootout win)
China 0 Iceland 2

These games were played after 7 months of no friendly since Jun 2016 when they lost to Kazakhstan 1-0 after beating Trinidad and Tobago 4-2. Those two games were played before fall 2016 WCQ as preparation and is not in the same preparation campaign. However CQ can say later that he meant games since the start of WCQ. OH CQ lol

they're coming off a win against Korea, so this is not going to be an easy match. The only good thing besides our higher talent level and home field advantage, is that we got in our 2nd friendly against qatar so that should help with the team being more synchronized.

As the press conference was arranged at 12:30 PM, the same time for lunch Lippi decided not to hold the conference and had informed AFC and IFF earlier. but Team China held a interview before traning in the afternoon and Lippi answered five questions, He thanked CQ for his praise to team Dradon and CFA, he will have a conversation with CQ before the match, he want the team to continue good performance of last match, (Actually Lippi was very angry in the mid-time break of China -Korea match, he said after the match the first 45' against Korea was the worst since he came in charge of team China, but second half was much better.) he says iran is currentlly No.1 team of the group and we must show our respect to them, in terms of the Qualification he says what Team China need to do is to do their best to improve.
