And this is worst scenario.

Now looking at this, before the match; Qatar is the weakest team of the group, if they win; things get too complicated. If they tie you can kind of count them out with us having a slight advantage over Korea and big advantage over Uzbeks and Syrians.

If we win; considering 4 games left; we can see ourselves in an early seat to Russia with topping the group with 4 points advantage and (+3) GD advantage

I kind of agree if you don't discount our home advantage in the 3 next matches out of 4. Today's losses of Korea and Uzbeks have created a massive opportunity for Iran to finish the job. If Korea and Uzbekistan won today, our job would have been the toughest of all with one of them topping the group over us.

Well. That not only didn't happen, but we also have the destiny of this group in our hands with 4 matches left after today's round. In qualification that's a massive advantage. Even a single goal difference advantage is a massive advantage.

What I really hope for is that we do not lose our GD advantage today. I think considering today's results CQ will come in with a totally different strategy. Don't be surprised to see one of his strange out of nowhere formations
