Both Padovani and Robson were great today, especially Padovani who was a beast! He played his best match so far for us at exactly the best moment possible!

To be honest SS were lucky on PKs the Qatari goal keeper sounded better on PKs, that wide open shot cost them the ACL. SS should have finished Al Sadd within 90 min. They couldn't do the last touches otherwise they would have scored 2-3 goals. This SS team needs a poacher like Gucci, other than that, the whole team operates relatively well now with their younger players.

Rahmati is consistently proving his quality after all these years. It would have been interesting having him playing against Bosnia and Iraq.
