It ain't like he had striker options galore sitting on the bench ..! The greedy management sold away his number one goal-getter to China @ a worst possible time & left him with a proven incapable 2nd stringer & an unproven avg-quality new signee (KA)..!
Bento had every right to question the logic of Karim's transfer, besides he mostly complains about the timing of the transfer cause he rightfully assumed it will take Karim a long while to get accostumed to his new surroundings & get familiarized to Olympiacos playing tactics ..!
Well fact is that Karim isn't the quickest of tactical learners ( considering it took him years to finally grasp CQ's TM tactics & failed to do so in osa & wasn't exactly setting the league on fire in paninions either..!)
besides the Whole Bento's KA comment is just a mean for bento to take an Indirect Jab at the Olympiacos management for offensively handicapping his team by selling one of his Key players while in thick of closing on a domestic double & in midst of European playoff run & instead being offered an unproven replacement who simply isn't (yet) anywhere near the level of his already accomplished departee ..!
