Love that idea but Gucci is a pure 9. We can't have a formation with 3 strikers plus Jahanbakhsh. Just too attack heavy. I like the idea of Gucci-Azmoun with Dejagah playing behind them.

Doesn't look like a bad option in the short term but with two aging centre backs we will need fresh faces next to Pouraliganji. Also I think Rezaeian deserves to be starting, he's been very clinical going forward.

This team has balance, experience,youth, power in midfield, and potent up top. Also its realistic possibility because its not drastically different from the team were playing now, basically just taremi/amiri out for Ghouccanejhad. Also given ansarifards form, I think him and Gucci should both be given chances to play with sardar, who benefits from having another forwards close to him, like he does at rostov. TM's great strength is in its collective defending atm so the factors that create that ( shape, certain personnel) shouldn't change drastically.

Ideally torabi gets to a euro club sometime in 2017, and we can start to phase out dejagah for him. But for now Dejagah is a great option. Also shojaei who is in great form can also be used in our traditional 4-2-3-1 for certain games.
