                cause most all are not sponsored...!
                they probably buy their own @ retail and just slap up a team badge on it..! like TM is doing right now, in order to induce Adidas to take a punt on possibly actually Sponsoring them soon..!
                PGL team's are most all sponsored, many by local brands, cause they get much more TV and Media exposure which in turn enhances that brand's popularity and recognition..!
