Apparently Esteghlal can't use Djeparov and Ando are forbidden to do any transfers for this season, because they haven't paid Adel Chihi!

Looks like FIFA imposed a transfer ban.
And Chihi wasn't even that expensive. There are couple of players who get more than 400k dollars.

Edit: They can't use Cheshmi as well.

I am usually okay with such moves and don't have any blind hate towards certain nations or races unlike others, but this is the stupidest move in the world.

I don't understand why IPL teams continuously keep recruiting players from countries who screw us over like Syria and Iraq. And then we have talents like Shekari getting wasted on Zob Ahan's bench ffs..

^^cause there are a lot of "mooft khor" and "dalala" who need to make a profit

if our football become private, 95% of these transfares would not happen, as many of these player do not have any quality. But since the government is paying for their salary, who cares, it is not my money to worry about!! that is the thinking.

super cheap price!! our players are sooooo pooolaki now that they want $400-600k contracts. Unfortunately big teams are at fault by giving exaggerated contracts to useless players!! this is a biproduct that we have to bring cheap players from other countries!

About Esteghlal's transfer ban. If FIFA doesn't lift the ban, then Esteghlal can't use Ando and Djeparov until the next transfer window. The transfer window will close in 9 days.

I honestly think there is no hope but to ban transfers of foreign football players in Iran.

Clubs spend actual dollars to line the pockets of some filthy agent. We also need laws mandating set amounts on club infrastructure and youth development.
