not a transfer ban.. they just cant log in to their TMS system that is owned by FIFA. All transfers goes through that system. There are two separate systems. One for international transfers (ITMS) and one for Domestic transfers (DTMS).... Iran's transfer window closes on 09/06/2017, so they have plenty of time to fix this issue.

this is easily the most suspicous transfer since the last foreigner to come to the IPL, 1 goal in 10 JL2 games does not bode well. Where do hell do clubs like Zob Ahan find trash like this? if he isnt good enough for J-league 2 he isnt good enough for IPL in my opinon.

Peykan's Nigerian striker doesn't either (unless he was invited to the Nigerian NT at some point, which I doubt), but he was able to sign his contract today.

به گزارش "ورزش سه"، قرارداد یک ساله کِنِت ایکه چوکو، مهاجم نیجریه اى جدید پیکان در هیات فوتبال تهران ثبت شد.

این در حالی است که این مهاجم به موجب قوانین جدید سازمان لیگ در مورد جذب بازیکنان خارجی، شرایط حضور در لیگ برتر را پیدا نکرده بود.

البته مسئولان تیم پیکان با اشاره به کیفیت بازیکنانی نظیر منشا که علیرغم عدم حضور در تیم ملی، حضوری موفق در فوتبال ایران داشته، خواستار تجدیدنظر در قوانین تصویب شده بودند.

گفتنی است بر طبق قوانین جدید تنها بازیکنان خارجی می توانند در لیگ برتر حضور پیدا کنند که یکی از شرایط زیر را احراز کنند:
* بازیکنان همه ی قاره ها در صورتی که طی دو سال اخیر سابقه*ی عضویت در تیم ملی بزرگسالان یا رده*ی امید کشور خود را داشته باشند.
* بازیکنانی که طی دو سال اخیر سابقه ی بازی در سطح 1 و 2 لیگ های اروپایی و آمریکای جنوبی را داشته باشند و حداقل 10 بازی برای تیم های خود انجام داده باشند.
با این وصف، باید ببینیم واکنش مسئولین ذی ربط در خصوص ثبت قرارداد بازیکن جدید پیکان که مطابق با قوانین جدید در خصوص جذب بازیکنان خارجی نیست، چه خواهد بود.
