We get a lot of hate in the YouTube section during this tournament, but lets not forget that we also got a lot of praise from basically every part of the world during our WCQ matches. And everyone was cheering for us against Argentina.

You don't need to even try. The guy who posted is an obsessed guy posing as a Chinese (check his posts and half of them are about Iran). Suren and Marco liked that. Marco is Italian who loves Korean football. He doesn't know that much about Iran. Anyhow just ignore the trolls. It shows our success and WC qualifications have broken some hearts.

Dude we have some respectful Chinese members here and even in Bigsoccer. That dude is a sock account. He has only one post about Chinese football and then half of his posts are about Iran. It is damn obvious.

We have some good Chinese members like Redmissile and another guy who I have forgotten his name. They always respect us and cheer for team melli. I have no problem with Chinese members. Even most of Korean members are ok with us and usually ignore the trolls. It might be a shock to you but majority of Saudis members are also in good football term with us.

At the end of the day, because our senior team is ranked 1st in Asia, many fans of teams are very eager to see us fail and celebrate it as their national holiday. That's life when you are a top dog, everyone wants to beat you.

Regardless we did not well this tournament and it was really unnecessary to get eliminated in this fashion. We lack short in the fundamental aspects were professionalism comes to play like tactical awareness and stamina, something Portugal does have. If we work on these things it can do wonders, otherwise we will always continue to struggle when it matters.

I only see one hope for youth football in our country, and that is Kia Academy. If Kia is allowed to be the coach of his a group of mainly his academy players plus other top talents from sepahan, foolad, saipa in 5 years time, then they may really do something at a WC.
