You are just looking at one result, if England loses, Guinea needs less goals.
The ranking is determined by:
1. points obtained in all group matches;
2. goal difference in all group matches;
3. number of goals scored in all group matches;
England loses, Guinea wins -> both 4 points. Guineas goal difference is now -3, Englands +3. Something like Guinea wins 4-0 and England 0-2 would make them advance.

Didnt watch the SK games, but are they doing the same thing like 2002 World Cup? Not making it out of group stage in Asia, then winning against Argentina and Guinea?

Derakhshanmehr is 18 or 19, starter for zob ahan all year including in acl and was nominated as one of the best young talents in Asia. He has big game experience. But razzaghpour is also a starter for nassaji and has been excellent for u20's in Asian cup , and friendlies. It's a toss up really . Glad to see razzaghour in there. Kid has been excellent for the team in almost all games hes played, and has a knack for important goals. Deserves his chance. Like noorafkan said, lets finish the job today, and give it all to get the win. Our key mistake in WC2014 was that we sold ourselves short against nigeria, and were a bit too passive. No is the time to take control of our own destiny and the group. IF we play like we did in previous game, disciplined, and most importantly dont make any mistakes, I think we will get the 1-0 win.
