Hey guys, I'm doing a college paper on the controversies surrounding Qatar's World Cup. Could you guys help me find articles? I remember there was one article that talked about how free tickets were given out for Qatar-China but the stadium was still pretty empty. Articles about naturalized players would be pretty good too. Thanks in advance. (sorry if this is in the wrong forum section, but I didn't know where else to put it)

I think the biggest thing you should cover in your paper is the extremely poor and unmoral treatment of migrant workers:
"QATAR WORLD CUP OF SHAME" - From Amnesty International
Articles from the Guardian going into more detail of the abuse and death toll of migrant workers:
Amnesty report accuses Fifa and Qatari authorities of ongoing indifference to systemic abuse of workers on stadiums that will host the 2022 World Cup

Thanks a lot man. Appreciate the help. So I wrote about bribery accusations, worker deaths, and the weather that led to the schedule change. I still can't find the article about low match attendances and naturalized players. Can anyone here help me with that?Originally posted by persian_pooya View PostI think the biggest thing you should cover in your paper is the extremely poor and unmoral treatment of migrant workers:
