Team Melli facing dangerous winds of havoc
Dear friends,
We should be proud, happy and enjoying our World Cup qualification, our present unbeatable and clean sheet records, and our number 1 position in Asia FIFA Ranking.
Two games before the end of our group qualification, Iran secured the first position and became the second National Team qualified for Russia 2018, after Brazil, witch is one remarkable achievement. So, as we now prepare to play with South Korea and Syria, we should be engaged and united, fighting for these historical records, finishing our qualification in style, pride and joy.
Three months after our qualification there should be in place already one ambitious and challenging World Cup Preparation Program, supported by one clear and consistent financial budget. But unfortunately, this is not the case. If that support doesn’t come on the right time, and if we repeat the same past experiences and mistakes, walking through the same previous uncertain paths, we will be facing dangerous “quick sand”.
Dear friends,
On top of this uncertain financial situation, we are facing now the announcement of some dangerous, unexpected and unnecessary local winds of havoc, coming into our direction. Certainly Team Melli doesn’t need that and without any doubt the fans and supporters don’t deserve and expect that also.
We must remind and emphasise President Rohani motivational and challenging words, after we reached Russia 2018 World Cup qualification:
80 million!
One Nation!
One heart beat!
Only with the right on time financial support, to implement one ambitious World Cup preparation, and with a powerful sense of tolerance and togetherness, we will be able to achieve our Goals and Dreams in Russia 2018.
Team Melli spirit and mentality has always been, no matter what, “under promise and over delivery”. However, it is not understandable and acceptable that Team Melli steel get rewarded, as usual, with nothing but “over promises and under deliveries.”
Let us all focus on South Korea and Syria. All for Team Melli!

In CQ we trust etc. etc., but why exactly is he rewarding these two who are STILL WITHOUT TEAM? I hope Ghoddos still makes the team somehow, though it's looking unlikely this time around.

I actually didn't mean it in a negative way.

In CQ we trust indeed.

I think they are still both top players and will perform well for TM.

Ali was first invited when he was a benchwarmer but his performance was still great.

I am still hopefull Ghoddos will get the call up. Lets wait and see!

Two players I'm looking forward to seeing the most are Ghoddos and Torabi... Believe it or not, these guys are probably our two most technically sound players.

Torabi deserves to play in not just the Eredivisie, RPL, or Jupiler league, but his potential truly matches the Bundesliga level. Uncanny potential...

I know I keep harping on about it but gholizadeh as well has absolutely stunning for saipa. His dribbling ability is better than ghoddos or torabi tbh

هرم تشکیلاتی تیم های ملی فوتبال مشخص شد

به نقل از سایت فدراسیون فوتبال،
در راستای هم افزایی و هماهنگی تیم های رده های مختلف ملی فوتبال،در ماههای اخیر جلسات متعدد و فشرده ای میان مهدی تاج،رییس فدراسیون و محمدرضا ساکت سرپرست دبیرکلی فدراسیون با کارلوس کی روش سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال برگزار شد و در نهایت براساس این هرم، کلیه رده های ملی در سه سطح تحت سازماندهی قرار گرفت

سطح B
شامل تیم های زیر 19 تا زیر 23 سال با محوریت مارکار آقاجانیان

سطح C
C Level
شامل تیم های ملی زیر 14 تا زیر 18،با محوریت عباس چمنیان؛

فرآیند تشکیل تیم های مختلف ملی را با هماهنگی کمیته جوانان،کمیته فنی،سازمان تیم های ملی و تحت اندیشه های راهبردی کارلوس کی روش،انجام خواهند داد.در واقع،خروجی تلاش های صورت گرفته در این دو سطح،بستری را فراهم می کند تا بهترین استعدادها با کمک کمیته جوانان و کمیته فنی فدراسیون فوتبال شناسایی،جذب شده و پرورش داده شوند تا براساس متد فنی سطح A با محوریت کارلوس کی روش،مسیر پیشرفت را بر اساس استاندارهای روز طی کنند.بدین ترتیب نامبردگان نسبت به سازماندهی کادرفنی تیم ها با هماهنگی کمیته جوانان،فنی و سازمان تیم های ملی اقدام می کنند و تلاش بر این است تا با راهبری مناسب، هماهنگی ایده آل بین سه سطح تیم های ملی فراهم آید.این هرم تشکیلاتی تیم های ملی تلاش دارد تا یکپارچه سازی فنی و سازماندهی تیم های ملی در سبک بازی را از طریق همگون سازی فعالیت ها در سطح C و B با سطح A فراهم کند.لذا مارکار آقاجانیان و عباس چمنیان با استفاده از ظرفیت دیگر مربیان و هم افزایی فنی با دکتر فریدون معینی،رییس کمیته جوانان،و مرتضی محصص،رییس کمیته فنی و توسعه فوتبال و همچنین سازمان تیم های ملی این مهم را پیش خواهند برد تا در نهایت فوتبال ملی از این بستر،ره توشه مناسبی داشته باشد.گفتنی است بخش مهم و تعیین کننده استعدادیابی در مناطق 9 گانه کشوری هم در هماهنگی کامل با سطوح بالا و همچنین کمیته فنی و کمیته جوانان در جهت شناسایی استعدادهای ناب فوتبال ایران قرار خواهد داشت
