From Ardabil though. They have a rivalry with Tabriz. Lol.

Shame that the Cup final of our league is so bad (and usually is). This Hazfi tournament needs a major overhaul, because it is pretty terrible.

                    1. They need to back to two legged home/away finals
                    2. Stop going to these small cities that barely have fans and have poor pitches

Holding the match in Khorramshahr might be a political-inspirational statement. As I recall, the city was flattened during the war with Iraq in 1980s and had to be reconstructed.

Few issues need to be fixed

                        1) The scheduling of this year was horrible. Since club coaches complained about the long international breaks, IFF scheduled the Hazfi games right before and after the TM camps in September, October, November and December to shorten the distance between the games. While the final was played yesterday, the semi-finals were held more than 4 months ago! The distance between these two rounds is way too long. Both Tractor and Naft dropped quality eversince.
                        2) Something must be done to stop the teams from withdrawing from the cup.
                        3) Khorramshahr as host per se is not a bad idea. But this stadium is definitely not good enough to host the final. The pitch and lighting was terrible. The weather conditions didn't help either. IFF reacted too late to fix the shortcomings.
                        4) Almost no advertisement was done in Khorramshahr, maybe because neither Perspolis or Esteghlal were involved. It seems like people forgot about the final.
