So how does promotion work in Azadegan again? If I'm not mistaken 3rd and 4th place have a play off for the final spot, right? It'll be a huge shame if Malavan doesn't make a return they're far too big of a club to be in azadegan

This year the top two teams promote and that is it.

1 direct promotion + 2 play off spots would be the fairest in my opinion but it might be too costly for IFF to organise some additional games
