My half-Greek friend just told me that these news on a Olympiakos move have been going on since two days now. But makes now sense if they wanna pay the extra mooney to buy him 6 months before contract is over?

personally i think that he will remain in greece and that honestly is probably best. He is obviously comfortable in greece , and a move to olympiacos would be the icing on the cake as they are a regular Champions league team. TBH olympiacos is kinda karims max level anyways. Hopefully it works out

My friend said that there might be a danger he will be a bench warmer, as they often buy good players and just bench them. AEK on the other hand needs a striker.

AEK would be a better move in that case considering they are europa league regulars and he would start. Also your right theres no way he is gonna start over an inform brown ideye, who has been in good form ever since joining olympiacos.

He'd better stay in Greece (AEK, Olympiakos, Panathinaikos all good options) rather than going to Turkish league. Greece suits a lot better his style of the game. Turkey has a lot more physical game which would limit him flourishing.

Just for your interest Istanbul Basaksehir is currenty first in Turkish League and believe me Turkish League has better players and qualities than Greek League.

Lol at this point I just want to see him flourish and be happy. I'd rather see him scoring plenty of goals at Panionios than being a bench warmer at Basaksehir, even though Basaksehir is a much better club.

Also would be great for Karim and Iranian football in general, because Turkish league champions automatically qualify for UCL group stages! Imagine having Karim, Sardar+Ezzi, Ali Karimi all in the same competition!!

Only worry as Iranianarsenal11 said is that he won't necessarily be able to start. Still, I think he should challenge himself to do it if he gets the chance!

lets just hope that he stays focused and has a strong season this year, there are a lot of teams in Europe that would suit his style. If players like Nabil Ghilas can earn the money he has and get signed by Porto, Karim has a good chance of succeeding in Europe.
