His goal
According to whoscored, JB so far is the best player of AZ Alkmaar with an average of 7.6 (!!). He's killing it so far, big move guaranteed at the end of the season if he keeps this up, as it is a trend in AZ to sell their best players too.

it wasnt an over the top celebration at all, he hugged the guy who gave the assist and thanked god. Plus this game was in AZ stadium not in NEC's. No problem with his celebrationOriginally posted by Mani View PostHe shouldn't have cerebrated like that. He is a classy guy, but he should not celebrate a goal against his old team like that. Well done to him anyways.

Honestly when I saw the goal and his celebration, I was thinking to myself, I wish his celebration was more subtle and less joyful. Almost all classy players (Him being one of them) often do little next to none celebration upon scoring their former team. And in ARJ's case, NEC was more than just a former team, as he owes his current status to them in all fairness.Originally posted by Mani View PostHe shouldn't have cerebrated like that. I wonder if today's reaction after scoring, had anything to do with last season when he got booed by NEC fans, while playing them.
But again his celebration wasn't exaggerated either.

Why can't Iranians be happy when they have good things? Complaining is in our DNA. So sad - just in general nothing to do with anyone's comments here.
He didn't run around, take off his shirt and start doing the helicopter. He slowly ran to the guy who gave him the assist and hugged him.Last edited by Tehranto; 08-28-2016, 11:42 AM.

Nah JB did not celebrate at all when he first scored against NEC last season. Obviously he won't restrain himself from celebrating each time he scores on them, no player in the world does that. He did fine, no need to bring our Iranian over the top taarof culture into our football

Dooste aziz, first off Iranians need to respect others' opinion as well. You may state your opinion on matters, so does everyone else as such. It's not about not being happy or complaining, why would you take such simple comments to next level by dramatizing them?Originally posted by Tehranto View PostWhy can't Iranians be happy when they have good things? People need to calm down and submit their own thoughts, and stop condemning those who think otherwise. No one remotely alluded "Helicopter" celebration demeanor. Let's not exaggerate!
Bias is what hinders people addressing their imperfections!
