Sure, a team like Juventus who actually employ a well thought defensive system with also eye for the goal without throwing themselves with 10 men in front of goal even when needing to score a goal to progress...Those types of teams you'd have much respect for. Getting six consecutive 0-0's and still sticking to it no matter what with 5 in the back tightly and your best striker Azmoun on a drought because of lack of support is just strange to put it mildlyOriginally posted by inarsenewetrust View Postdefending is an art too. Look at the success of juventus, chelsea, etc this season. The model of "we will score more than them " is completely outdated. Just ask arsenal, barcelona, and man city. Kiarash, I get you are a barca fan, but football is evolving.

It's a bit more complicated then that. Their side is full of CBs and CMs. Thats why they employ 3 CBs and 3-4 CMs in each match.Originally posted by Kiarash View PostSure, a team like Juventus who actually employ a well thought defensive system with also eye for the goal without throwing themselves with 10 men in front of goal even when needing to score a goal to progress...Those types of teams you'd have much respect for. According to iranianlegioner IG page's most recent post. They cite the 9 mil mentioned by Daily Mail and then go on to say that Alkmaar's asking price is 11 million pounds (apparently according to Daily Mail as well), but I have not seen a new article regarding Jahanbakhsh since that Daily Mail article from a few days ago.Originally posted by Tehranto View PostSource?

Alireza Jahanbakhsh @ AZ Alkmaar | 2016/17
JB scoring and winning against NEC today means possible relegation for them since they mathematically can't become safe (15th place) anymore and have to play relegation play-offs.Originally posted by Abtin View Postat 14:30 CET.
I hope NEC is OK, is OK.

According to these EPL clubs the interest is legit, but they would decide in the following weeks if they are going to make an offer.Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostJB doesn't deny the interest from 3 EPL clubs, the transfer fee according to him is between 9 to 11 million euro.

JB is a hardworking winger, not always effective but he can run endlessly, disorientate the defenders, create space and he always gives 100%.Originally posted by ehsan singapore View Postepl is good i am just not sure if alireza can handle the physicality of the epl
I can confirm, because I have seen him playing live in the stadium several times during his time at NEC and now at AZ.
What is good about JB is that he also does his defensive duties, that is something you don't always see in wingers.
The fact that he works hard, makes me believe he may actually be suitable for bottom EPL teams who play with passion rather than technique / talent.
He can succeed in the EPL, but we shouldn't expect 10 assists and 10 goals in his first season for a team like Burnley.
