Wait till the half-way mark. If he doesn't make the bench by then, there is slight reason for concern. But this is a champions league team who is exporting to highest teams in Europe. We need patience. The league is not critical, it's the team.Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostThat is sucks, not even making the bench of such a league...

patience is a virtue. His team is an excellent one. All young players that leave from dinamo go to top teams. Just this season, Pjaca, Rog, Coric, all to top teams. This opportunity is incredible. The coaching staff and environment there are basically setting him up for success and a big move. All he needs to do is be patient and do as they say. I guarantee you in 1-2 years he will be in top 5 european leagues with a very good team. Just think, as of now, he has already made it to a Champions League level team.Originally posted by Iran_19 View PostThat is sucks, not even making the bench of such a league...

I don't want take anything away from him, and i don't necessary disagree with you. But just playing for Dinamo doesn't necessary means you will be transferred to better team(and right now he is not even warming the bench anyway). Same apply for other Legionnaires in other countries.Originally posted by inarsenewetrust View Postpatience is a virtue. His team is an excellent one. Well this experience will probably teach Ali a lot about himself, and the kind of determination he has.Originally posted by Sly View PostIt's very easy to get tired and frustrated of not playing and leave the club to go back to Iran! Specially if you have been playing in IPL for 90 minutes in every game and were considered a solid player!
I really hope he's got a lot of patience and keeps working hard!
It can pan out in one of two ways. He could do a Taremi and terminate his contract to return to Sepahan, OR he could do a Jahanbakhsh and start right from the bottom with the reserve team and WORK HARD in order to get his chances with the first team.

Why do people act like what Taremi did is now a legitimate option? It's NOT! Karimi will not come back to Iran because he's not seeing playing time right now - he will stick it out and work hard till he makes the bench regularly till he gets playing time regularly. This is what normal is in the world of professional sports. What Taremi did was bend to the will of idiotic fans.
