It's going to take him time. Ezatolahi was in the same situation when he first arrived at Rostov, now look where he is: Starting for Rostov at a CL match and almost scoring 2 goals for his team. Expect Karimi not to get much playing time this year, but he will slowly develop into a nice player i think. He's still quite young.

We have to remember this. He's signed to 5 years. A Ezzatollahi - Karimi partnership, with both top European pedigree is mouth-watering.
