Why this idiot didn't leave at the end of last season and not before the most important games of Rostov History?? Is he dumb or what? He could have had more time for him and new ristov coach to prepare the season

We are so unlucky : when our legionnaires dont play in relegation team, they face europa league disqualification because of financial problem, or do a u turn to return in ipl or see their coach leaving when they start to be successful!

Completely incorrect. AJax is much important for Rostov as they would give them 20 millions € just for participating in CL group stage (with extra millions for each draw and win there). And I don't speak about the exposure for the club and their players. Playing Europa league group stage doesn't give them much money comparing to CL and they will play there in a complete anonymity (Europa league is 10 groups of 4 teams each with a lot of unknown teams, Rostov would just be one of them, CL has 8 groups of 4 teams with the best teams/players there)

Berdyev's departure couldn't have a more worse timing than this, it will affect the teamspirit certainly. Lets hope the squad can keep it together during these two final QCL legs. It would be stupid to throw away all the hard work from the last season.

Sardar should not go to Spartak, at the moment it is not an upgrade from Rostov. He should only leave from Rostov when a club from the Bundesliga, La Liga or Serie A wants him.

Well , he can't go to Spartak this summer since he already signed a contract with Rostov. But I fear that Berdyev will do his best to bring him there next season (by offering a lot of money to Rostov and Azmoun) and that would be catastrophic because Azmoun might be tempted to join him once again instead of finally leaving for a top 4 league...

On a positive note:

Kuban stayed just long enough to get sardar out of Kazan,and to qualify rostov for Europa League as well.

Both of our boys will stay at Rostov for one year at least playing European.
After the season they will move to either a bigger European league, or to Spartak and possibly play in cl then.

I wonder who their next manager will be? Will they hire an assistant? Apparently the team has known about Berdyev's departure for a while, which could be good news for Sardar and Saeed in that they are not fully dependent on Berdyev.

Best case scenario is that Rostov still find a way to beat Ajax and get publicity for Sardar and Saeed, and that their new coach is respectable.

Worst case scenario is that Sardar tries to leave Rostov in a contract clause this summer and somehow gets suspended.

When Berdyev extended his contract, one of the conditions of him staying was Rostov to clear the financial problems until Week 2, which didn't happen. This was clear before Azmoun joined them, while Berdyev also tried to snatch him.

He left the club regardless of the UCL results.
