This David Sansun fellow looks very knowledgable about Russian football. If I read this correctly, apparently the outgoing Rubin president stated that his replacement Berdyev will bring Sardar, Poloz, and another player to Rubin. The guy says it will be an interesting summer, as he knows of 2 English Premier League teams chasing Sardar. If Sardar chooses Rubin, the 9th place team in the league, lower ranked than the Rostov team he is leaving, then I will be confused. It's his career, he can do what he wants, but it is sad to see someone not be ambitious. It would be a safe move for him. Hoping he takes the risk. No risk, no reward in this world sadly.

Well now it's in the media I can elaborate that Celtic is one of the two British sides I'm aware of who have scouted Azmoun this season, vs Man Utd and Sparta Prague.

Sure, I understand what you mean but he was just in the CL group stages with Rostov and did well and scored against some big clubs, I think that should be getaway to a better club than Celtic and more importantly to a more attractive league but that is just my opinion He will probably end up in Rubin haha

It wouldn't be a bad move for him. Dembele only joined Celetic last season and tore the league apart. He's now the "it" guy and will make a big move. If Sardar does the same, he will def make a big move after one season.
