So if the same player who scores 5 goals in Russia because of the nature of its team and the league moves to Holland and scores 10 goals will automatically get picked up by a top 3 league? Im sorry but thats just ridiculous. Teams have scouts for a reason otherwise teams would just signed players based on stats why would anyone hire a scout. Azmoun doesn't need to score many goals fact is he is being built to be a Target man and if he is paired up with a poacher up front, Azmouns job becomes all about receiving balls upfront and distribute to the rest of the players and find openings for the poacher. A lot of teams have great poachers but are looking for that solid Target Man which Azmoun would be able to provide. So I don't think the number of Goals has much to do with being picked up by bigger clubs although Yes it does look good on your resume but ultimately teams are looking for specific attributes when they sign a player not for stats.

I agree with you, Dutch league despite being a weaker compare to Russian one gets more attention. He has been already 4 seasons in Russia, it is enough!
