This Zob Ahan is not even 50% of the team of the group stage, especially the defence.

I feel that Iranian teams have mental issues and get too emotional, otherwise our teams did much better in the group stage against not weaker teams..I also witnessed it in the league

True Kamran jaan. Next season's ACL I am speculating a big embarrassment by Esteghlal Khuzestan, as they already lost their coach, and set to lose all their instrumental players as well. Our football is fundamentally flawed and the mismanagement is just another icing on the cake!

We never have taken this tournament seriously. And I don't think we should.

It doesn't match our schedule and constantly causes arguments between TM and clubs
Its not worth the money spent.
It has no real prestige.


If this was a youth tournament, I would be upset, but I don't really care if our teams do well in this tournament. It has no translation or effect on actually improving Iran's football.

we have not done anything in Asia since PAS FC won in 1990's. We do not have plan, management, etc.... no blaming this on Yahya but the whole shamble football which we call "IPL" A total joke that is only alive on the backing of government money!
