Really we should be facing hard teams every year. I wish AFC format allowed us to face Australia/Japan/Saudi more often. Facing hard competitive opponents is better for us all around because coaches like GN and Skocic won't be able to stay and ruin our football for 2+ years by going on winning records against small teams like Syria and Kenya. Also conditions our players for more psychologically when its time to play tournament games on big stage

I'd rather we play against "hard" teams. We get incredibly arrogant before World Cups and think we should beat anyone who isn't a top 10 team just because.
On the other hand we have less belief against really "big" teams so we bunker down and work really hard.

This team is cooked in 2026. Old CBs, Beiranvand playing like he needs a wheelchair, washed up strikers backed up by Moghanlou and Noorafkan special of course

Literally the only goal where any blame could be placed on him is the 2nd goal, and even then, Yasin and Milmo should have closed down and did a better job at blocking the shot.

Every single goal came from the same side. The side Milmo and Yasin were on. Go and rewatch the goals. on the first three Yasin is jogging, and Milmo looks like he's trying to run away from the opponent.
