Next to the fact that we (Esteghlal) have lost the title (99.999%), the scary thing is that we may even give away the 3rd spot and not qualify for ACL. Traktor has 48 points, and is already leading by 2 goals at HT against Esteghlal Ahvaz.

If Esteghlal loses by 1 goal and Traktor scores 2 more, then both will have 51 points, both with a GD of +14, but Traktor would have scored 42 goals and Esteghlal 43 goals, so we would remain 3rd.

In case Traktor wins by 5 goals difference (or more), then any loss from Esteghlal will send them out of the top 3.

What happens if Esteghlal Khuzestan wins by 1 goal and Persepolis wins by 2 goals?

I imagine it will go to who scored the most goals this season. If they scored the same amount... in the world cup they literally pick a name out a hat. Called lots of draws. But since this is a league they could do a play-off game which is fairer.

EDIT: They also have the head to head results option of seeing who won the games they played against each other.
