Al-Ittihad seems a bit shaken. Sepahan has gained a bit of a foothold in the game. They should focus to get that one goal.

Of course they do, what were we thinking? Are we that gullible to have thought an Arab country in the region, neighboring a large part of its borders with the Saudis, root for Iran? I had no doubt this will be a home match for the Saudis, worse comes to worse, the Saudis would just drive there, not even flying would be needed to get there.Originally posted by Cataphract View Post- Next time we dont need Oman as our "home", all the freaking spectators are holding Al-Nasr tifos. Why not Uzbekistan?
Incompetent Iranian authorities and football federation in particular!

I told you guys that Saudi clubs will play all their games at home (GCC or Arabian peninsula). Jokes on them if we win more games

Stimac has been making my eyes bleed, definitely Stimac out. What has he done with Sepahan my god, from league champions to this shitOriginally posted by _Navid_ View PostHe received a team which was only 4 points below the league leaders and was still in all 3 competitions. He managed to totally ruined it. We wanted faraki out for a better coach and look what we got!! A coach who doesn't play his best players isn't worth a thing. If he wants to build a team by all means he can take charge of sepahan novin!!

I never understood why there are people who can hate on him when he hasn't been given time to build his team....they have a lot of bad luck. Sepahan has played fine today they can still win this

What's the history behind these celebrations? I haven't been following Iran's football during the time they last played Saudi Arabia. So why do they do those celebrations? What's the story behind them?Originally posted by teammelli1 View PostTop 3 goal/victory celebration for Iranian footballers against ksa:
1) Hip bumping
2) 3 slap handshake w/or without hip bump
3) Dagger to the crowd, or Mehdi Taremi's closer cut

Beautiful goal by Zob-Ahan 1-0 ahead. Masterpass from Ghasem Hadadifar that reminds me of Kaka's pass to Crespo in the CL finale against Liverpool back in the day
