not 100% sure but Milad was warming up along with the other sub Mbengue and as soon as the RB got a red, the coach decided to sub out a winger and replace him with Pliev (who as I said is more defensive minded). Would have been logical to sub Milmo in (they were losing) if the other player wasn't sent off
