Sepahan played better than Persepolis overall in first half. Persepolis defense is not functioning well in LB and with goal keeper. I don't say Lobanov is good or bad yet since it was obvious Persepolis defence was not covering Sepahan players... The match seems a little physical and many players are ready to jump on each others. Persepolis is very crappy at finishing touches and loses opportunists very easy. (same ole problem) If I am Branko I will bring Alipour to boost up the attack.

Very bad defense. Two CBs were confused and in conflict with each other opened up an easy opportunity. Even a regular player could score. As you said Lobanov was frozen on the second goal which shows he is not ready or has not enough quality. Back to square one with Sosha! Phew!
