Sepahan played better than Persepolis overall in first half. Persepolis defense is not functioning well in LB and with goal keeper. I don't say Lobanov is good or bad yet since it was obvious Persepolis was not covering Sepahan players... The match seem a little physical and many players are ready to jump on each others. Persepolis is very crappy at finishing and loses opportunists very easy. If I was Branko I would bring Alipour to boost up the attack.

This wasn't our best game, but considering it's the first match after the break and the fact that we are playing one of the best teams in the league in their home, a team who gave us our only defeat of the season so far in Azadi, I can live with it. Both teams fought really hard and got some good chances.

Props to Zob Ahan and Golmo! Looking forward seeing them in ACL and in the Hazfi finals against us.
