2nd goal was a penalty in 90th minute I believe.

According to this source, it seems like Haghighi was involved in conceding the penalty in stoppage time:

"Sp. Braga beats Maritimo penalty in added time
The Sp. Braga beat Maritimo, this Friday, in private meeting held at the Stadium May 1, the Minho city. The meeting ended 2-1 and was only decided in added time.

After a goalless first half, Pedro Santos opened the score after a free kick (47m) but Dyego Sousa equalized shortly after (56m).

The fall of the cloth, following a bid from Haghighi on Stojiljkovic, Sp. Braga were awarded a penalty from Alan."

Looks like his time is up with the club, they just signed Gottardi in a 3 year deal. Jan Hagen (Portuguese expert) said his time is likely up at the club.

Damnit... At this point, I don't care where he goes... as long as its in a decent league in Europe and gives him playing time

Well it suck... Might be a blessing in disguise though as he is supposed to have 2 offers from La Liga (according to recent articles and himself)

That blows...I hope he continues to fight for playing time in Europe, he deserves to be a 1st GK anywhere in a top 10 European league with his hard working attitude.

Haghighi was included in a 19 man squad who traveled to the Canary Islands to participate in two pre-season friendlies against Las Palmas and Cagliari:

I hope he gets some playing time, he definitely needs to dust off his gloves.

That's not very certain since he has been given the #12 jersey while Haghighi now has #1 jersey. Usually 2nd / 3rd GK's don't get the #1.
