Saudi teams will not play in Iran during ACL

Every time this thread is brought back up again, my sympathy for their football and their federation becomes lower and lower.

I'd say I have absolutely 0 sympathy for them whatsoever. And I hope kooneshoon besooze ke sanction lift shode. Enghad besooze kabob beshe. Mesle teameshoon Al kabob lol.

I know historically, there is a lot of animosity between Arabs and Iranians.
I wish there will come a day when people, on both sides, see things differently.

The fact is that our "national teams" have been mistreated/disrespected in Arab countries and AFC many times.
The fact is that I have been to Azadi stadium too when most of the "fans" call Arab players caws, and other names. Oh, before I forget, they do this while they are eating seeds and spitting it everywhere, including on the back of your neck, but that's another story. Not all is bad though. I have many friends that I used to go to the games with. They don't anymore either.

What I am trying to get at is please try to see things a little differently. I wish "we" stopped with the racism and I wish "we" understand that most of our problems are "our" own doing.
Politics are politics, like it or not. The day that IR took over, we got screwed. We may have not known it at the time, but we should by now. Most of this wouldn't have happened before the revolution, and the Iranian/Arab conflicts existed back then too.

The problem is that we have a government that is totally disrespected by the world, rightfully so. We need to take a look at "us" and what we have become under the ruling of IR. We, in general, have become more uncivilized ourselves.

Hate the Arabs, or the world for that matter, I don't care. But before whining and acting like victims all the time, take a good look at what we have become, and looked at as a nation under IR ruling.

Take care of home first, before you go pointing fingers at the world, and claiming foul. I know, I don't like it either, but it is what it is.

So now two match-days have passed and all teams and AFC representatives have been happy with Iran as host. Still, the Saudi FA refuses to send their teams to Iran and threaten to boycott the games against Iranian teams.

saudis want to be clever, this is not all about AFC CL but also WCQ, they want to make sure note to be with Iran in one group, so they automatically want to land in the other group.
