Huge opportunity for Zob Ahan wasted. Rezaei almost scored after a blunder of the Uzbek defenders.

There is a reason why Zob Ahan just won 2 of their last 10 games...

Non of our teams played up to expectations this week. If you put aside the bias, you will admit that all 3 of our teams this week and last week for the most part got outplayed by their opponents. Well at least Zobahan didn't thoroughly disappoint us compared to the other 2 reps.

This where we see the difference with hiring seasoned professional coaches. Our rivals have them and they study our teams weakness and exploit it to the max! Our coaches don't have that depth of knowledge and use the same tactics over and over hoping for a miracle.

That is indeed part of it, but we need to consider that the purchase insufficiency does not suffice to coaches only, it goes beyond that, the foreign players our clubs purchase, are at best mediocre and on par with our average domestic players' caliber, whereas powerful and effective part of most of our counterparts in ACL is their foreign players. We have fallen behind in that department, and our dear PFDC members like it or not, at this rate and trend we will keep on falling behind, having a decaying league, compared to that of our Asian counterparts!

So basically all 3 of our teams KSA matches are the remaining games, and all home games will be played away. Unfortunately Sepahan is pretty much as good as out, while other 2 teams have a good chance of advancing, and hopefully topping their groups.

Are we playing our away games against the Saudi teams in KSA?
