He has 8 goals in 25 games for Bangor City. Bangor are in a Europa League play-off position.

It seems that he was a member of the Sheffield United youth teams and formerly played non-league football for Salford City. He is also currently studying Business in university. Doesn't seem he will play a part in TM, but best of luck to him.

He is among the 10 best Asian goalscorers in Europe, alongside Azmoun and Ansarifard

The Welsh League is so shit, that the only 3 decent teams decided to compete in England some years ago.
Yes but that might change with Wales' reemergence in the footballing world. It might push the league forward with talent and investments, particularly if some of their NT players influence the league or even join it at some point in their careers.

Wales is in France 2016. I haven't checked their roster yet.

If he continues to play like this and keeps his form then he may be in the radar of the Welsh national team.

Is he even eligible to play for Wales?

                  Just an update.

Porya moved to another Welsh side, Rhyls. He has scored 1 in 3 matches for them so far. Rhyls is currently 4th in the Welsh Premier League.
