Shame on you for trying to bring money into this or insinuating anyone would overlook their principles in favor of money. Sorry, but this is not IR where money talks, with scant respect for logic, reasoning or fairness.
If someone says something and EXPLAINS why, then it is incumbent upon you to either accept or decline or refute his reasoning. Racist? Did the reasoning (he was in trouble with a Jewish/ israeli coach who had shown he doesn't really favor him, in not one, but TWO different clubs, while RGN is in dire need of proving himself at this moment) have anything to do with it in your feeble minds?
And I also refuse to apologize for my remarks about our nationality or national symbols versus those that are pushed down our throats by an oppressive, ANTI-IRAN regime. If you haven't reached a mental maturity to value such symbolism or national identity, then all you get from me is pity. No apologies. Pity for people who either don't comprehend nationalism or have lost that vital connection to the extreme conditions imposed on Iranian people by a regime that has proven to prioritize Arab sensibilities than Iranian ones.
