I am sure there will be scouts watching Ali today in the cup final. This is the best stage for him to show his ability.

yeah but they usually play young scottish winger from their academy, Ryan Fraser, at RW and he has been doing pretty well. I just think he can do better than bournemouth. AZ are a better team than bournemouth tbh. They have some hype around them because they have a young english manager, but in reality their defense is woeful. They are entertaining because their matches often end with high scores, but I dont think it would be the best place for him to develop...Originally posted by littlepersia17 View PostOf those 3 clubs, Bournemouth makes the most sense for AJ. Great young manager who plays a nice attacking style of football.
The only right winger at the club is Jordon Ibe (23 apps, 0 goals and 0 assists).

for the bigger clubs, yes, its total bullshit usually. But given that not a lot of their audience cares about watford, burnley, bournemouth they prob didnt publish the article if they didnt have some inside info regarding it.Originally posted by Mr Pouya View PostHeads up, Daily fail is not reliable for transfer news.

Talents wise he is less talented than players like Sardar(even though they don't play in same position) but he has more determination and i won't be surprised if he manages to have more success in long term, talent is not everything, ask Ali Daei.

I agree. He can be much better/consistent than he is at the moment. Some of his games his dribbles, passes etc are world class. If he would perform like that more consistently he would easily move to a top 4 league team.Originally posted by Kiarash View Post^ Exactly, it means a lot that Jahanbakhsh can potentially move to the EPL already after his 2nd season with AZ where he has been good, but I still think he's showing 50% of what he is really capable of. AZ would be getting the lottery if he stays another season and performs even better than 9 goals and 9 assists.

yeah. I think that if he could maintain his level of aggression, confidence for more games ( and also for the duration of each 90mins) he could really be a top player. But the offers mentioned make me think that he could easily attract attention from teams with similar budgets in germany/spain that would be far better places for him to develop. Again, I think him at a team like werder bremen, monchengladbach, maybe even leverkusen could be a real possibility.Originally posted by Kiarash View Post^ Exactly, it means a lot that Jahanbakhsh can potentially move to the EPL already after his 2nd season with AZ where he has been good, but I still think he's showing 50% of what he is really capable of. Would be great, I think it is time for him to move away from Holland into a better league. It will push him to the next level

^Damn, £9m is a lot.. Damesh garm.
Although the Prem would not be my favorite league for him to move to, would still be nice to see him take such a step forwards in his career.

Great exposure for Jahanbakhsh to be linked with EPL clubs, and €9 million is an offer AZ almost can't refuse to be honest. Great

"Watford, Bournemouth and Burnley lead chase for £9m-rated Iran winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh
*Premier League clubs are chasing Iranian winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh
*Dutch side AZ Alkmaar will consider selling this summer for around £9million
*Jahanbakhsh has continued to attract Premier League scouts this season
Watford, Bournemouth and Burnley are among the clubs closely following Iran international winger Alireza Jahanbakhsh.
The 23-year-old has been starring for AZ Alkmaar in Holland but they will consider selling this summer for around £9million.
Jahanbakhsh can play across the front line and was first touted to make a major breakthrough by former Manchester United assistant manager Carlos Queiroz who called him into Iran's 2014 World Cup squad.
Chelsea, Manchester United, Celtic, Ajax and PSV Eindhoven followed him when he initially moved to Holland with NEC where he won their player of the year but he opted instead to move to AZ in 2015.
Technically good on both feet and with an eye for a pass, Jahanbakhsh has continued to attract Premier League scouts this season with his assists and nine goals, some of which have been spectacular.
Watford, Bournemouth and Burnley have all shown an interest and are weighing up whether to make an offer over the coming weeks."

"Top tip for the final: Ali and Ricky Goal
Vitesse and AZ are all matched. The finalists have footballing ability, speed and technique in house. The cupfighters have their trump cards. On Arnhem side that Ricky van Wolfswinkel. In North Holland camp Alireza Jahanbakhsh is a thrill.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh (23) is in charge of AZ difference. This not so much for its goals. The Iranian scored at times, but is not a top scorer. Jahanbakhhsh is the frivolity, the decisive action that leads to the goal. He is usually the best and most dangerous striker AZ. Fast, agile and surprising.
Jahanbakhsh is also an aspiring Iranian. He retired in 2013 with a huge language barrier made the move to the Netherlands. NEC. He then went deliberately to AZ. He did not go for the big money, but wants to become top player in Europe. A prize, the Cup, it fits. Ali goes in De Kuip as a spear, fatherless but convinced."

2 goals in 24 EPL games is really bad...Janssen is just not good enough yet to play for a team like Tottenham.
Currently I rate Bas Dost 1st in terms of Dutch strikers...he scored 27 goals in 28 games for Sporting in the Portugese Primeira Liga.
