We are going to have one badass team though in that tournament. Akhbari, Aliyari, Cheshmi, Ali Karimi, Mohammadi brothers, Karamolla chaab, Mothari, Jahanbakhsh, Sardar, Daneshghar, Torabi, Ezzatolahi and so many other talents.

Just thinking about our line-up gives me goosebumps.
But will AZ let him go or not?

I don't think they have to legally. The games aren't FIFA Match days are they?

I hope he will be fully for for the next matches. He had a lot of good moments and this injury has gone on too long!

U-23 is not but the summer olympics is during the summer break. I assume he will be with the team if they qualify for Olympics.

Jahanbakhsh will be fit for the match against Telstar:

"AZ ALKMAAR to do it Thursday against Telstar without Jop van der Linden. The defender is not fit enough to act for the cup encounter with the Jupiler League club.

                  Alireza Jahanbakhsh is the party.

That means coach John van den Brom have to puzzle at the heart of the defense. Logical replacement would be Jan Wuytens, but also who is recovering from an injury. Further afield are Guus Huppert, Mounir el Hamdaoui and Muamer Tankovic not employable.

Jahanbakhsh is fit enough to play. Last Sunday against Feyenoord he made for the first time since Athletic at home again playing minutes. Wednesday Van den Brom had still nothing away about the setup."
