good job Branko and his team. a good win when everyone (including branko) feared a letdown.
specially that this was in a place that is historically a very tough place for Perspolis to play.
I believe this may be the first time Perspolis has won against SS-Ahvaz in Ahvaz.

Alishah really stepped it up in the second half.

Losing to SS ahvaz in the middle of hot weather does not count in my mind.
Bronko has done a great job without a doubt and in fact he has halped CQ to
have ready fighting force specifically in the offensive line.
a sidenote: teams on the verge of relegation become very dangerous just like naft masjed soleiman and now ss ahvaz. the referees need to issue 11 yellow cards if they have to in order to make sure the players do not hurt the opponent team's players. You can break someone's leg and you can terminate their carrer if you act foolishly just to avoid relegation. The cure is to teach the referee not to tolerate any stupid act. this should be applied to every team.

^ well I think he said that the players outside Iran are not the stars anymore and we have better players inside Iran nowadays but before, the super stars were all playing abroad and no player of quality in Iran. Basically that the quality of Iranian bound players has risen a lot since then.

I'm shocked Jerry is willing to stay given his minutes I woulda thought he'd been pissed at Branko for a lack of playing time...glad to hear that though, he's right when he says he can score more if he plays more I've been saying it all season long. When we're up against a tough opponent Branko should try using Jerry-Taremi up front together they could be a scary duo

bengston is a solid player, we should def keep him on board. But in all honesty, alipour is more lively and a bigger threat. I'd stick with the winning combo for now

This team is too inconsistent. However they are consistently bad in the same spots - defense and goalkeeping.
