For all the pessimistische plastic fans of team melli here who cry about Querioz because he did not win from Turkmenistan. Team melli will qualify and will reach the second round of the world cup. Mark my words.

To delusional fans. CQ is at the dead end. He is a great scouting agent but not a tactician. He is better than all Iranian coaches but we need a better coach if we want to develop our football. CQ showed us how to defend, train and organize a team but he is not good in planing different tactics in the field and he avoid technically gifted players for physically stronger ones this shows why we have Hashem Beikzadeh and Heydari in our team and not the likes of Khalat bari, Nariman Jahan, or Sadeghian (only technically wise not his behavior)... He gave up on creativity and play making to have a stronger defense.
If you think I am wrong please come and explain with reason.

More accurately, a team that creates enough chances to beat Chile should create enough chances to demolish Turkmenistan. WHICH WE DID.Originally posted by mahestan View Posta team that beat Chile, should be able to demolish a team such as Turkmenistan.
You guys do realize a coach doesn't control his players' shots and headers the way you control yours in FIFA 15, right? You can blame the result on tactics when your gameplan fails to break through the opponent's defense and create opportunities, not when those tactics give your team more than a dozen chances to put the game away! Our strategy gave our guys enough clean chances in the six yard box not just to win this thing but to embarrass Turkmenistan. Anyone with common sense who actually watched this game could see the major culprit was poor finishing on our part and some good goalkeeping on theirs.

1 game doesn't make a qualification but also when you tie and play the way they did.I don't blame people for seeing the glass half full instead of half empty. With the outcomes all over the world, its definitely true that you can't take anyone lightly and I mean if we had our full roster available we might of won but kodu's to Turkmenistan on a very good game plan. I didn't like Iran's gameplan at all, it reminded me of the Daei days of get the ball to the wings and cross it in and hopefully Daei can get his head on it, which in this case it was Sardar. But if we could of dribbled the ball into the box more we could of had better chances of a goal just like how we scored against them.If with Sardar we are going to have this gameplan of crosses in to the box, I don't think its going to work even in the second half Turkmenistan put all there players in the box whenever Iran tried to cross the ball in but Iranian coaches and players did not adjust their gameplan to counter.I am a CQ backer but after what I saw it won't surprise me if he doesn't care and wants to get bad results so he forces IFF to fire him since he wanted out a few months back.

I agree with you on the chances but the gameplan of pass to the wing and then cross into the box should of got adjusted at the 65 min, they should of used more of a dribbling into the box tactic to create chances and maybe a Pk opportunity. They should of pulled Heydari back from mid-field and put ghafouri up front. I think Taremi shouldn't of been put in before Gucci,Originally posted by xerexes View PostMore accurately, a team that creates enough chances to beat Chile should create enough chances to demolish Turkmenistan. Gucci should of started the 2nd half and gameplan should of changed.

Bud, I understand a coach doesn't control his players, and I am not starting a CQ bashing argument. I am criticizing player selection and game tactics. Why is Shojaei constantly a fixed player? Why is Hajsafi getting played in a position that he is not capable for? Why did we constantly cross from the right wing and nothing more? The first 10 times didn't work, why are we doing it again? Why didn't a single player take shots down the middle until Ando at the 88th minute? A national team hoping to go to the WC would surely have redundancy systems in place to counter any unexpected issues.Originally posted by xerexes View PostMore accurately, a team that creates enough chances to beat Chile should create enough chances to demolish Turkmenistan. Yes the pitch was bad, yes passes were not connecting, but I saw multiple times the ball gets close to the box when a pass did connect, and yet the players lost position by either trying to pass again or try to maintain position by getting passed a defender. It is as if CQ has told the players "don't take a shot unless the goal is 100% open with no one in your path".

Delusional fans logic: What about ....? (fill in the blank Japan, Australia, ....)
Brazil lost 7-0 to Germany so it is ok if we lose like that too!? if another teams fail that is not our duty and does not relate to our team. I am sure the higher ups in those countries reevalute their team tactics and come up with solution not our team that delusional fans does not let CQ come and explain for his short comings. This path go to to Turkestan (nowhere)...
