You are completely wrong man. Look at El Neny and Salah from Egypt. Both of them started their youth European careers at this club and Salah went on to sign with Chelsea and then Roma and became a star. El Neny recently signed with Arsenal and has become a starter and scored against Barcelona is Champions League. When you have a good team in a league, a player generally plays well by corresponding to the skill level. This team consistently controls this league and allows for young talent to receive play time. They are always playing in the champions league and will again next season. For a player that is barely turning 18 soon, this is definitely a better option to develope and establish himself.

You should come and see the facilities FC Basel has, by far the most sophisticated Club in Switzerland and comparable to Bayern in Terms of facilities and financial support. They have the whole swiss pharma industry behind their back and its the biggest gift for a Young talented Footballer from Iran to experience this here.

He's going to be on trial with them until Thursday according to this

It also mentions that Leicester are still interested in him but he went on trial with Basel first. He will probably go on trial to Leicester later in the summer as well.

به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس، رضا شکاری، مهاجم جوان ذوب آهن که برای مذاکره با مسئولان بازل سوئیس راهی این کشور شده بود شب گذشته به ایران بازگشت.در این بین مقرر شده است که شکاری، مهاجم جوان ذوب آهن برای پیوستن به بازل سوئیس مورد ارزیابی کارشناسان فنی این باشگاه بگیرد.بر همین اساس این پروسه حدود 6 ماه به طول خواهد انجامید و شکاری در صورتی که در این مدت عملکرد خوبی داشته باشد پس از این مدن به تیم سوئیسی خواهد پیوست.
