    1. politics.

    2. lazy players. players not willing to challenge themselves and get out of their comfort zone by leaving family to make a name for themselves in the game.

    3. over payed footballers in Iran, players getting top wages and not producing top performances, hence players lack of motivation to go to europe.

How often do European clubs see our players to develop an interest in a particular player?
I went to Sharif University. I'm a superior genetic mutation, an improvement on the existing mediocre stock.

ONE REASON: OUR GOLDEN GENERATION GREW OLD AND WE DID NOT INVEST IN OUR YOUTH, SO WE ARE ALMOST EMPTY HANDED NOW.

Thats the thing they dont. Sometimes I watch the Championship on BeIn sports and compare them to what I see in IPL I see that a lot of our players are more than on par with them and are good enough to play in 2nd tier European leagues easily. Our better players could definitely hold their own in lowermidtable La Liga teams for sure.

they do show intrest, but ulike in iran, europe players can very and a asian player is not a million dollar or euro unless your good, so players get very little, and they dont want that

If the Koreans and JApanese didn't have a market they would also be in our shoes. They however have a huge market that pays for the jerseys and the brand of the European clubs whereas with the poverty that the IR has created we have no $$$ to spend.

This is true.....however the following year he had an opportunity to go to Wolfsburg and a Freiburg but rejected the move because they didn't offering a small amount of money.

I do agree with you on this however, most of these players actually get playing time and they play frequently. marketing and commercial money aside, they get playing time. so it is either they are head and shoulder above us because of youth system they have or a combination of marketing and talent

Like it or not, most of our current players aren't good enough to play in the big leagues in Europe. Okazak (Japan) and Son (Korea) score at least 10 goals every season in Bundesliga while Gucci and Ansarifard struggled in the second divisions in England and Spain. We celebrated JB for winning the MVP award in the Dutch second division but Japan has a player (Kagawa) who won the Bundesliga MVP a few years ago.

Some East Asians are still bought by European clubs just to sell shirts (That Chinese player at Wolfsburg is the best example) but nowadays most of the clubs buy them to improve their squad, not finance.

Do you guys seriously not know the answer to this? How about Economic Isolation from the rest of the world and being heavily sanctioned by literally every single first world country? Sound main reason enough for you?

Small clubs should get Iranian players, at least their facebook pages will become more viral

At this point, only Jahanbakhsh can cut it in the top four leagues. Azmoun is talented but he still needs to improve.
