Fitness is a great factor if we don't sacrifice personal skills. Khalatbari is the type of player we need when our players are exhausted and need creativity. He is great against South American, South European and Asian teams, if we bring him from min 60. There are many players like him in South America, short but naturally skilled.Originally posted by The Realist View PostIt is a fact with CQ. Players that are not physically upto having the stamina and ability to attack and defend at the same time have no business playing for Team Meli. We sometimes get upset when certain young or older players like Khalatbari, get struck off the list but we've got no clue how they performed under the training. Old or young you'd better be fit. With CQ its my way or highway!
In other hand we have physically strong people like Hashem who are slow. Or Khosro Heydari who runs meaninglessly with no creativity.

^ KB is DONE in TM so long CQ remains coach..!! so Fuhgeddabudit...!!
besides he is for most part a 1trick pony offensively..!! too lightweight and weak defensively and already too old to waste more trials on ..!! in his prime, he got a ton of invites from CQ and he never managed to become a starter..! then he talk shitt about CQ after being left out of the WC squad and that the last nail in his, TM under CQ, coffin..!!

What I don't get is the hypocrisy that goes on around here. On one hand, "CQ is not building for the future". On the other hand, people are angry because he isn't inviting Khalatbari, Aghili, Rahmati, and Nouri who are 31, 34, 32, and 32, respectively.

No one is upset that he hasn't invited rahmati, aghili, and to an extent nouri. It's just that KB is the most skilled player in Iran, and he has been neglected for a year now with no apparent cause. And btw, he was an intrical part to TM prior and during CQs reign.

Just Khalatbari. There is no hypocrisy here. TM needs both young and experienced player but above all we need a play maker, someone with creativity and skills. Ali Karimi was the guy for us previously, Shojai was on and off. Shojai is inconsistent while Khalatbari has shown to be a great play maker in IPL.Originally posted by K. Nader View PostSpot on.

If TM has a space for the like of Heydari, Hashem, Karim,... it should definitely have some room for Khalatbari.

KB was not an integral part of TM under CQ and did not start in the crucial matches. From what I recall, his only start against a team other than Lebanon was against Uzbeks at home where he actually ended up getting subbed at half time. And this is without mentioning that he's going to be pushing 35 by the time the World Cup rolls around. His TM career is done.Originally posted by persepolisfan View PostNo one is upset that he hasn't invited rahmati, aghili, and to an extent nouri. Discipline is what we need in TM the most. Young players in Iran must see and learn from what has happened to the likes of Khalatbari, Rahmati and Aghili. I totally agree to CQ's decision to exclude these players from TM. In the long term, it is to the benefit of our TM. I hope our next TM coach will also do the same.2, 9, 10, 11 and 14

Thanks for your reply. But damn that's a harsh sentence. So if Pooladi wants to play for TM he has to join the military for at least 4 months and then play for Malavan or Tractor Sazi? Or play for Malavan or Tractor Sazi for at least 4 months?Originally posted by St_Mark View PostMy rely earlier

Pouladi & Rahmani case is in a different category.
They Are Sarbaz that refused to show up.
Latest news is they can go now and register for Sarbazi then serve 4 months before eligible to military teams ( for next season)
If they do that they can join TM.

Faked Idea categories:
1- Those who quietly accepted verdict and gone to serve. Examplr Valid Mashaei
2- Those who questioned the verdict nevertheless gone to serve with delay. Example Abdollahzadeh,
3- Those who were assigned to military teams ( Malavan & Tractorsazi) but unable to play till next season. Example Mahini
5- Those who refusedhe service with their own excuses. Pouladi because of new contract and Rahmani because of court order.
The rest simply cheated and got waway.

What is the point of sarbazi anyway. It's just a one way road to becoming a 'cigari' . That's if your a good boy. If your not careful, you might become a big time drug addict.Originally posted by Kiarash View PostPooladi can't run away from sarbazi forever. He is still in Qatar, for the sake of TM and for himself he should come back to Iran. The more he stays away the longer it takes before his sarbazi issues are solved.

It's not that I dont get this, I just want to know why? He is a great substitute and a very quick and skilled player. He just suddenly disappeared from TM.Originally posted by babak_iran View PostKhalatbari wont get invited to TM as long as CQ is the coach. what don't you guys get?--------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
