Host them in Sistan Baluchestan, and make them pay for the security. But then again, if that's the case, they would rather take their chances in Kabul. Azadi should be sacred grounds...only if you play TM or if you are invited to a tournament hosted by Iran can you play there.

Why would iraq want to play in kermanshah is there a significant Iraqi population there? I thought Kurds hated iraq
