I don't think that Parviz Mazloomi would let him go to Qatar, Sajad is one of Esteghlal's best players so far. He will stay until the end of the season then make a decision.
If I'm honest, most of our clubs are better than those mid-table and average Turkish teams. But he will get noticed.
